Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken and potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Spread the chicken and potatoes on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken and potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
