A comforting pasta dish made with tender chicken, garlic, and a rich Parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Lower the heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta and sliced chicken in the sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using more garlic or adding vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes.
