Description

A comforting pasta dish made with tender chicken, garlic, and a rich Parmesan cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Lower the heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and smooth.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta and sliced chicken in the sauce until well coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using more garlic or adding vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes.
