Description
A warm and flavorful garlic flatbread made with a unique liquid batter, perfect for dipping or as a side dish.
Ingredients
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
- 2.5 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 380 ml water
Instructions
- Put the all-purpose flour, salt, minced garlic, and water in a container and mix well.
- Add melted unsalted butter and chopped coriander, then mix until smooth.
- Heat a pan over medium heat, adding a teaspoon of oil.
- Use a large spoon to scoop two half spoonfuls of the batter into the pan.
- Fry for 1 to 2 minutes and then turn to the other side for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
- Turn back and forth 2 to 3 times until bubbles form in the batter.
- Once you see bubbles, turn the heat to high, allowing for larger bubbles to develop.
- Repeat the process for the remaining flatbreads.
Notes
For best results, keep the batter smooth and experiment with your heat settings. Add herbs or spices to enhance flavor.
