Description

A warm and flavorful garlic flatbread made with a unique liquid batter, perfect for dipping or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
  • 2.5 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 380 ml water

Instructions

  1. Put the all-purpose flour, salt, minced garlic, and water in a container and mix well.
  2. Add melted unsalted butter and chopped coriander, then mix until smooth.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat, adding a teaspoon of oil.
  4. Use a large spoon to scoop two half spoonfuls of the batter into the pan.
  5. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes and then turn to the other side for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Turn back and forth 2 to 3 times until bubbles form in the batter.
  7. Once you see bubbles, turn the heat to high, allowing for larger bubbles to develop.
  8. Repeat the process for the remaining flatbreads.

Notes

For best results, keep the batter smooth and experiment with your heat settings. Add herbs or spices to enhance flavor.
