- 2 medium zucchinis

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the zucchinis into slices or chunks suitable for skewering.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Thread the zucchini pieces onto the skewers.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the zucchini skewers and season with salt and pepper.
