Description
Delicious garlic butter steak bites seared to perfection and served with a rich Parmesan cream sauce, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (for sauce)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced (for sauce)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Pat your steak cubes dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak in batches, searing for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the steak back in and toss to coat well.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the tablespoon of butter and sauté the finely minced garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a simmer while stirring, and add the Parmesan cheese. Mix until the sauce reaches a smooth consistency.
- Pour the sauce over the steak bites or serve it on the side. Garnish with parsley to add a pop of color. Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality steak and do not overcrowd the pan to ensure perfect searing.
