Description

A flavorful and comforting dish featuring juicy ribeye steaks and golden, tender potatoes drizzled in rich garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the garlic butter.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and sear them in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let them rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Slice the steak and serve on top of the potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use fresh garlic butter for better flavor, and consider additional herbs for the potatoes.
