Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the garlic butter.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper and sear them in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Slice the steak and serve on top of the potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use fresh garlic butter for better flavor, and consider additional herbs for the potatoes.
