Delicious garlic butter meatballs with a creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve over pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.
