Description

Delicious garlic butter meatballs with a creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve over pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use a cookie scoop for uniformly sized meatballs, and let them rest before baking for the best flavors.
