Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread (any variety of your choice)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Top three slices with sliced strawberries and cover with the other slices, cream cheese side down.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
