Description

Delicious sliders featuring roast beef, melted provolone cheese, and sweet caramelized onions, served with a side of beef broth for dipping.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Provolone cheese
  • Horseradish sauce
  • Beef broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, caramelize the onions until golden brown.
  3. On each slider bun, layer with roast beef and provolone cheese.
  4. Add caramelized onions on top of the cheese.
  5. Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  7. Heat the beef broth in a saucepan.
  8. Serve the sliders warm with the beef broth for dipping.

Notes

For added flavor, consider making horseradish sauce from scratch or toasting the slider buns before assembly.
