Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Roast beef
- Caramelized onions
- Provolone cheese
- Horseradish sauce
- Beef broth
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, caramelize the onions until golden brown.
- On each slider bun, layer with roast beef and provolone cheese.
- Add caramelized onions on top of the cheese.
- Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Heat the beef broth in a saucepan.
- Serve the sliders warm with the beef broth for dipping.
Notes
For added flavor, consider making horseradish sauce from scratch or toasting the slider buns before assembly.
