- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the milk until just combined.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 30 seconds.
- Pat out to about 1 inch thick and cut with a biscuit cutter.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
