Description

Delightful flourless cottage cheese pancakes that are easy to prepare and packed with protein, perfect for a healthy breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Butter or oil for cooking


Instructions
