Description

Colorful and fizzy lollipops made with Kool-Aid and a perfect treat for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 packet Kool-Aid (any flavor)
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Optional: food coloring, edible glitter


Instructions

  1. Grease molds and insert sticks.
  2. Boil sugar, water, and corn syrup to 300°F.
  3. Stir in Kool-Aid and baking soda (watch for fizz).
  4. Pour into molds quickly.
  5. Let cool for 30–60 minutes.

Notes

Use a quality candy thermometer for precise temperature control. Experiment with different Kool-Aid flavors and creative shapes for the lollipops.
