Colorful and fizzy lollipops made with Kool-Aid and a perfect treat for family gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- ½ cup water
- 1 packet Kool-Aid (any flavor)
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- Lollipop sticks
- Optional: food coloring, edible glitter
Instructions
- Grease molds and insert sticks.
- Boil sugar, water, and corn syrup to 300°F.
- Stir in Kool-Aid and baking soda (watch for fizz).
- Pour into molds quickly.
- Let cool for 30–60 minutes.
Notes
Use a quality candy thermometer for precise temperature control. Experiment with different Kool-Aid flavors and creative shapes for the lollipops.
