Ingredients
- 2 filet mignon steaks
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the filet mignon steaks generously with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and allow them to rest.
- Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for one minute until fragrant.
- Introduce the shrimp and lobster meat, cooking until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
- Pour in the heavy cream and allow it to simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve the filet mignon topped with the shrimp and lobster cream sauce.
