Description

A luxurious combination of filet mignon, shrimp, and a rich lobster cream sauce that transforms any meal into a gourmet experience.

Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the filet mignon steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove the steaks from the skillet and allow them to rest.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for one minute until fragrant.
  5. Introduce the shrimp and lobster meat, cooking until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and allow it to simmer until the sauce thickens.
  7. Stir in the chopped parsley and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  8. Serve the filet mignon topped with the shrimp and lobster cream sauce.

Notes

For best results, sear the steak properly and watch the shrimp closely to avoid overcooking.
