Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, cranberries, onion, garlic, parsley, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Add the egg and mix until well combined.
- If the mixture is too dry, add chicken broth a little at a time until it’s sticky but still moldable.
- Shape the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
Notes
For added flavor, consider incorporating finely chopped nuts or a sprinkle of cheese. If the mixture isn’t sticking well, add more bread crumbs or another egg.
