Description

A delightful combination of ground turkey and sweet dried cranberries, these stuffing balls are a perfect addition to your holiday gatherings, bringing warmth and joy to the table.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, cranberries, onion, garlic, parsley, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
  4. If the mixture is too dry, add chicken broth a little at a time until it’s sticky but still moldable.
  5. Shape the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating finely chopped nuts or a sprinkle of cheese. If the mixture isn’t sticking well, add more bread crumbs or another egg.
