Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb beef, sliced thinly
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
- In a large pan over medium-high heat, add the sesame oil and stir-fry the beef until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Incorporate the mixed bell peppers and cook until tender.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar to make the sauce.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, pour the sauce over, and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
