Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry with beef and egg noodles, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb beef, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large pan over medium-high heat, add the sesame oil and stir-fry the beef until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Incorporate the mixed bell peppers and cook until tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar to make the sauce.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, pour the sauce over, and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
