Description

A warm, golden crepe filled with creamy goodness and juicy raspberries, perfect for brunch gatherings or cozy breakfasts at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the all-purpose flour, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Whisk until the batter is smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, swirling it to coat the base evenly.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges turn golden brown, then carefully flip the crepe and cook for another minute.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate.
  6. Assemble by placing one crepe on a plate, spreading whipped cream over it, and adding fresh raspberries.
  7. Roll up the crepe gently and dust it with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure all ingredients are measured out before starting. If the batter is too thick, add a splash of milk.
