Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (thin crust recommended)
- 14 ounces cocktail sausages
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (or dip of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare the springform pan by placing an oven-proof bowl in the center and generously spraying it and the outside of the bowl with nonstick spray.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
- Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into 35-38 rectangles, depending on how many sausages you have on hand.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and garlic powder. Use a pastry brush or spoon to spread this mixture generously onto each rectangle.
- Wrap each cocktail sausage with a piece of dough.
- Once all the sausages are wrapped, begin placing them vertically into the prepared pan, ensuring they fit snugly but not too tight.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the dough turns golden brown.
- Remove the pan from the oven, allowing it to cool for about 5 minutes before removing the outside ring. Fill the bowl with your dip of choice.
