Description

Delicious and easy no-bake peanut butter oat cups, perfect for a sweet treat anytime of the day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and sweetener, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture.
  3. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish or cupcake liners.
  5. Press down firmly to form a solid layer and ensure they hold together.
