Delicious and easy no-bake peanut butter oat cups, perfect for a sweet treat anytime of the day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and sweetener, stirring until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture.
- Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish or cupcake liners.
- Press down firmly to form a solid layer and ensure they hold together.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Cut into squares or unwrap from cupcake liners for serving.
Notes
For nut allergies, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. Adjust sweeteners as per taste.
