Description

Learn how to make a delicious Easy No-Bake Oreo Pie with our simple recipe. Perfect for any occasion, this indulgent treat is sure to impress!

Ingredients

  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (2 cups, 268g cookie crumbs)
  • 4 tablespoons (56g) butter, melted (salted or unsalted is fine)
  • 12 chocolate sandwich cookies (1 cup, 134g cookie crumbs)
  • 2 containers (454g) whipped topping or 1 large container (454g)
  • 3 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. To prepare the base, place 24 chocolate sandwich cookies, including their filling, into a food processor or blender and blend until they become fine crumbs.
  2. Move the cookie crumbs into a medium-sized bowl and combine them with the melted butter.
  3. Spread this mixture evenly in a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it down firmly on the bottom and up the sides. You can use the bottom of a glass or a measuring cup to ensure the crumbs are well packed.
  4. Chill the crust in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
  5. For the filling, grind 12 chocolate sandwich cookies, filling included, into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender.
  6. Transfer these crumbs to a medium-sized bowl and mix them with one container of whipped topping or half of a larger container.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared cookie crust, leveling the top with a spatula.
  8. Add the remaining whipped topping over the filling, spreading it evenly across the pie.
  9. Decorate with about 3 crushed cookies, or add whole cookies on top for a more decorative touch.
  10. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  11. Cut into slices and enjoy!

Notes

  • Consider using salted butter in the crust for a more indulgent flavor profile.
  • Experiment with various flavored sandwich cookies to put a unique twist on this timeless dessert.
  • Crush the cookies finely to achieve a smoother texture in both the crust and filling.
