Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Butter or oil for cooking
- Sugar-free syrup or berries for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Pour batter onto the skillet, cooking until bubbles form on the surface. Then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with sugar-free syrup or berries.
Notes
Keep cooked pancakes warm in a low oven (around 200°F) until all are ready.
