Description

Delicious and fluffy pancakes made with almond flour, perfect for a keto-friendly breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Butter or oil for cooking
  • Sugar-free syrup or berries for serving


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  5. Pour batter onto the skillet, cooking until bubbles form on the surface. Then flip and cook until golden brown.
