Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or agave syrup)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe banana in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the almond butter and maple syrup to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the rolled oats until fully incorporated.
