Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or agave syrup)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe banana in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the almond butter and maple syrup to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
