- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread the chicken cubes onto soaked bamboo skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

- Dissolve the cornstarch in 1/4 cup water and stir it into the sauce.
- Continue cooking until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Brush the chicken skewers with the honey garlic sauce and place them on the grill or in the oven.
- Cook until the chicken is cooked through and lightly charred, approximately 10-12 minutes, brushing with more sauce halfway through.
- Serve the chicken skewers warm, drizzled with extra honey garlic sauce, if desired.
Notes
For more flavor, marinate chicken in honey garlic sauce for an hour before cooking. Ensure even cooking by cutting chicken into uniform pieces.
