Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until golden brown and tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until well combined.
