Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until golden brown and tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.
