Description
A refreshing frozen dessert that combines fresh strawberries with a creamy, rich filling over a buttery graham cracker crust.
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter to form a crust.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a serving dish.
- Layer sliced fresh strawberries over the crust.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
- Before serving, top with additional crushed graham crackers and fresh strawberries.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh strawberries. If out of season, frozen strawberries can be used, but make sure to thaw and drain them to avoid excess moisture.
