- 1 flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, black pepper, and ground ginger to create the marinade.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
