Description

A delightful and easy flank steak recipe featuring a savory marinade that elevates flavor and tenderness, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, black pepper, and ground ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the flank steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Marinate for longer for better flavor and tenderness. Always slice against the grain for a more tender bite.
