Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese on top.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the pot and mix it with the cream cheese and ranch mixture.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions, over rice or with buns.
