Description

Learn how to make delicious Easy Crack Burgers with this simple recipe. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. Try it today!

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs (680 g) ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 Cup (240 ml) shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ Cup (60 ml) sour cream
  • ½ Cup (120 ml) beef bacon crumbles (six strips of beef bacon)
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml). ranch seasoning
  • 6 beef cheese slices
  • 6 brioche hamburger buns
  • Burger sauce
  • Caramelized onions
  • Pickles

Instructions

  1. Fry six strips of bacon until they are crispy. Take them out and chop into small pieces or crumble them. Set them aside.
  2. In a big bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and bacon crumbles. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into six patties, each weighing 1/4 pound.
  4. On a hot griddle, cook the patties for five minutes on one side. Turn them over and continue cooking for four minutes. Place a cheese slice on each, cover, and cook for an additional minute or until the cheese is melted. Remove from heat.
  5. Put the patties on brioche buns and add your preferred toppings. I suggest using burger sauce, caramelized onions, and pickles.

Notes

  • For a more succulent patty, consider incorporating a touch of additional sour cream into the ground beef mix before forming into patties.
  • Try out various cheese slices to create a unique and flavorful burger experience.
  • Enhance the texture of each bite by toasting the brioche buns before assembling the burgers.
