Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Butter or oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese, egg, flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
- Pour the batter into the skillet to form a pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm, optionally with toppings like syrup or fruit.
