Description

A healthy, creamy dessert blending ripe avocados with unsweetened cocoa powder for a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 2 large or 3 medium ripe avocados
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ to ½ cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, agave, or sugar-free alternatives)
  • ¼ cup dairy or non-dairy milk (more if needed for consistency)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: Chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Cut open the ripe avocados, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
  2. Add the cocoa powder to the mix.
  3. Pour in your selected sweetener (starting with ¼ cup).
  4. Measure in the milk and add more if necessary for desired consistency.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and salt.
  6. Blend all ingredients on high speed until silky and smooth, scraping sides as needed.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  8. Transfer pudding into serving bowls and optionally sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Notes

For a richer pudding, incorporate more avocado or use full-fat coconut milk. Chill pudding for at least 30 minutes before serving for improved flavor.
