Ingredients

  • 2 Large, Ripe Avocados
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Liquid Sweetener (e.g., Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar)
  • 1/4 cup Non-Dairy Milk (e.g., Almond, Coconut, or Oat Milk)
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. Slice the ripe avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.
  2. Add cocoa powder, liquid sweetener, non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Blend on low, gradually increasing to high, for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Stop to scrape down the sides, and blend again briefly to ensure a creamy consistency.
