A quick and flavorful dish combining chicken, vegetables, and chow mein noodles, enhanced with soy and oyster sauces.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast (sliced)
- 8 oz Chow mein noodles
- 2 cups Mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 inch Ginger (minced)
- 2 Green onions (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
- Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
- Add cooked chow mein noodles and toss everything together.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy your homemade chicken chow mein!
