Description

A quick and flavorful dish combining chicken, vegetables, and chow mein noodles, enhanced with soy and oyster sauces.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast (sliced)
  • 8 oz Chow mein noodles
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch Ginger (minced)
  • 2 Green onions (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  7. Add cooked chow mein noodles and toss everything together.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with chopped green onions.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade chicken chow mein!
