Description
A simple and creamy avocado lime dip that adds brightness to any meal with fresh lime juice and cilantro.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe medium avocados (peeled and pitted)
- 2-3 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 2 to 3 medium limes)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, sour cream, or Mexican crema
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro (loosely packed)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Blend on high until the avocado crema is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the crema to a squeeze bottle or bowl and serve immediately.
Notes
To keep the avocado lime cream vibrant, use lime juice swiftly and store it covered in the refrigerator. Adjust flavors by experimenting with herbs and garlic to your preference.
