- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the stir-fry noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the beef slices with salt and pepper. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

- Return the cooked beef to the pan and add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing to coat the beef and vegetables evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with two tablespoons of water and stir this mixture into the pan to thicken the sauce, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything gently to combine.
- Drizzle the sesame oil on top and give it one last stir.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.
