Ingredients
- Frozen dumplings
- Instant ramen noodles
- Eggs (for soft-boiling)
- Fresh spinach
- Chicken broth
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Green onions (for garnish)
- Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil and carefully add your eggs. Cook for 6-7 minutes.
- After cooking, plunge the eggs into an ice water bath to cool.
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add the frozen dumplings to the simmering broth and cook for 8-10 minutes until they float.
- Stir in the instant ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Add fresh spinach and let it wilt for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve by dividing noodles, dumplings, and spinach into bowls. Ladle the hot broth over each serving, topping with halved soft-boiled eggs, sliced green onions, and black sesame seeds.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken broth with vegetable broth. Consider adding sriracha for a spicy kick.
