Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) shredded cooked beef
- 1 large yellow onion, finely diced

- 1 cup (240 ml) baby carrots
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped

- 1 can diced roasted tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) minced garlic
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) salt
- 1 tsp (5 ml) ground black pepper
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta
Instructions
- Place the beef, vegetables, canned tomatoes, approximately 8 cups of water, fresh parsley, minced garlic, salt, and ground black pepper into a slow cooker.
- Secure the lid and let it cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- Cook the pasta by following the directions on the package.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the contents of the slow cooker and mix well.
