Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon of onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, the large egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix until thoroughly combined, creating a cohesive mixture.
- Shape the mixture into sticks, approximately 4 inches long and 1 inch wide.
- Arrange the cheese sticks on a lined baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil for added crispiness.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until they turn golden brown.
