- Olive oil or butter for cooking

- Garlic, minced
- Fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Seasonal vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Allow it to sit for about 15 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil or butter.
- Sear the chicken for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
