Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a cohesive dough forms.
- Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For thicker cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
