Description

A comforting crockpot meatloaf that combines simple ingredients to create a hearty dish perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the crockpot.
  4. Pour extra ketchup on top of the meatloaf if desired.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until cooked through.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
