Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the crockpot.
- Pour extra ketchup on top of the meatloaf if desired.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
