Description

Tender meatballs infused with the rich flavors of French onion soup, slow-cooked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form into meatballs and place them in the crockpot.
  4. Pour any remaining French onion soup over the meatballs.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
