Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form into meatballs and place them in the crockpot.
- Pour any remaining French onion soup over the meatballs.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
