Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- Taco shells
- Toppings (lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream, etc.)
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning generously over the beef.
- Add the beef broth followed by the diced tomatoes with green chilies.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 480 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
- Remove the beef and use two forks to shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve the shredded beef in taco shells topped with your favorite condiments.
