Ingredients
- 1 pound sliced beef
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups cheese tortellini
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the sliced beef, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and beef broth in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
- Add in the cream cheese and tortellini during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Stir until the cream cheese is melted and well incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, season the beef with your favorite spices before cooking. If you want more sauce, increase the beef broth. Add a spicy kick with sliced jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
