A delightful and crunchy snack made from roasted broccoli, seasoned with spices and served with a tangy yogurt dip.
Ingredients
- 1 head of Broccoli
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- Optional: Additional herbs or spices for the dipping sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the broccoli until tender, then drain and let cool slightly.
- Smash the broccoli with a flat object until flattened.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat the smashed broccoli with the cornstarch mixture.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
- For the dipping sauce, mix yogurt with lemon juice and any additional herbs or spices.
- Serve the broccoli chips with the tangy yogurt-based dipping sauce.
Notes
Allow enough space between each piece of broccoli on the baking sheet to promote airflow and ensure crispy chips.
