Description

A delightful and crunchy snack made from roasted broccoli, seasoned with spices and served with a tangy yogurt dip.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of Broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • Optional: Additional herbs or spices for the dipping sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the broccoli until tender, then drain and let cool slightly.
  3. Smash the broccoli with a flat object until flattened.
  4. In a bowl, mix cornstarch with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Coat the smashed broccoli with the cornstarch mixture.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. For the dipping sauce, mix yogurt with lemon juice and any additional herbs or spices.
  8. Serve the broccoli chips with the tangy yogurt-based dipping sauce.

Notes

Allow enough space between each piece of broccoli on the baking sheet to promote airflow and ensure crispy chips.
