Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- After rinsing, dry the chickpeas thoroughly using a kitchen towel or paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and your chosen spices until evenly coated.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a snack or a salad topping!
