Description

A delightful side dish featuring roasted cauliflower coated with crispy Parmesan cheese and warm spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the cauliflower.
