Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the cauliflower.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is golden and crispy.
- Serve warm as a delightful side dish or appetizer.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
