Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked chicken tenders
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
