Ingredients
- – 12 ounces (340 g) wonton wrappers
- – 8 ounces (227 g) cream cheese, softened
- – 6 ounces (170 g) canned imitation crab meat, drained well and flaked
- – 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely minced
- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- – 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Lightly coat a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray. Place a wonton wrapper in each cup and lightly mist with the spray.
- Bake at 350°F for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned. Take out of the oven and let them cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the cream cheese until it’s smooth and airy.
- Incorporate the crab meat, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and most of the chopped green onions. Mix well.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the baked wonton cups.
- Place back in the oven and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until the filling is thoroughly warmed.
- Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining green onions. Serve right away with your choice of dipping sauce.

- Make sure to thoroughly drain the canned imitation crab meat to prevent excess moisture in the filling.
