Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Mix the heavy cream, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce in a separate bowl.
- Pour the creamy spicy sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through.
- Serve the crispy chicken mixture over the fluffy jasmine rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
