Description

Transform ordinary gnocchi into a crispy sensation with this simple air fryer recipe, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen)
  • 1 – 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 – 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F, lightly greasing the basket with olive oil spray.
  2. Toss the gnocchi in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper (skip thawing for frozen gnocchi).
  3. Add the seasoned gnocchi to the preheated basket, ensuring not to overlap them.
  4. For Shelf-Stable & Refrigerated Gnocchi: Air fry at 390°F for 11 – 14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes until they are perfectly golden and crispy.
  5. For Frozen Gnocchi: Air fry at 390°F for 13 – 16 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Enjoy the gnocchi immediately, garnishing with extra parmesan and fresh parsley as desired.

Notes
