Description

Quick and fulfilling wraps featuring tender chicken, melty mozzarella, and fresh veggies, all air-fried to crispy perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and layer it with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing if desired.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  5. Spray the wraps lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the wraps are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken beforehand or experimenting with different cheese varieties such as cheddar or pepper jack.
